ORDINARY & EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' GENERAL MEETING ON APRIL 28, 2011

Imerys' Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in Pavillon Gabriel (5 avenue Gabriel – 75008 Paris - France).

Preliminary notice was published in BALO today. It includes the agenda of the General Meeting, the drafts of resolution that will be submitted to the shareholders' vote, as well as the conditions to participate and vote to the Meeting.
