BUREAU VERITAS PUBLISHES ITS REGISTRATION DOCUMENT

Bureau Veritas has submitted on March 23, 2011 its 2010 Registration Document (« Document de référence 2010 ») with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

The document is available to the public in accordance with the provisions of regulations currently in force.

The Registration document includes notably:

• the 2010 annual financial report;
• the Chairman's report on internal control procedures and on corporate governance and the statutory auditors' reports on the same;
• the information related to the fees paid to statutory auditors for the financial year 2010;
• a description of the shares buyback program.

The 2010 Registration Document is available on Bureau Veritas' website (www.bureauveritas.com/investors), section « Regulated information », and through the website of the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (www.amf-france.org).
