Press release announcing the formalities for obtaining or consulting the Registration Document

Bouygues filed its 2010 Registration Document with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on 14 April 2011.

The Registration Document includes the full-year financial statements, the Chairman's report on corporate governance and internal control, the auditors' reports and information on fees paid to auditors, a description of the share buyback programme and information on annual publications.

The French-language version is available on the Group's website at www.bouygues.com. Copies can also be obtained from the company's registered office at 32 avenue Hoche, 75008 Paris, France.
