TOUAX signs a €67.5 million syndicated credit facility

TOUAX announces the signing of a €67.5 million syndicated credit facility in the form of a club deal.

This 5 years club deal has been expanded from €55m to €67.5m. It will make it possible for TOUAX to pre-finance assets purchased before being sold on to third-party investors or putting in place long-term financing for owned assets.

This facility was jointly arranged by Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking and Crédit Lyonnais, and coordinated by the SG CIB teams. The other Group's main banking partners are represented: Banque de l'Économie du Commerce et de la Monétique, Crédit Industriel et Commercial, Bred Banque Populaire, BNP Paribas, Crédit du Nord and KBC Bank France.
