WENDEL : ACQUISITION OF PARCOURS VIA ORANJE-NASSAU DEVELOPPEMENT

Wendel confirms today the closing of Parcours's acquisition via its subsidiary Oranje-Nassau Développement, after obtaining the necessary authorizations.

The invesment carried out by Wendel reachs €107 million, totally in equity, without additional debt.

Founded in 1989, Parcours is the sole independent player of significant size in the operational leasing sector in France. The company enjoys an excellent track record over the last ten years with a five-fold increase in sales and which has achieved €247 million (IFRS) in 2010. Parcours will continue and amplify its activity in France and in Europe, through the expansion of its value-added range of services' business model.
