Availability of the 2010 reference document

The TOUAX SCA 2010 reference document was submitted to AMF (the French regulatory authority) on April 8, 2011.

An English version of this document is available under regulatory conditions. It may be downloaded from the Downloads section of the TOUAX Web site (www.touax.com/investors relations/documents for downloading/annual report 2010).

The reference document includes the company's annual report, the report by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board concerning the conditions for preparing and organizing the Boards' work and on internal audit procedures, the statutory auditors' reports and information about their fees, and a description of the stock redemption program.
