Acquisition of TRANSNET HYPRED's Hygiene in Transport division

ORAPI has just signed an agreement with HYPRED, a subsidiary of the Roullier group (Dinard - France), regarding the acquisition of its TRANSNET division, which specialises in cleaning transport vehicles.

With over 25 years of experience in designing and marketing technical products, TRANSNET is the market leader with respect to hygiene solutions for cleaning all types of rolling stock.

The division offers 3 specific product lines - for light vehicles, heavy vehicles and public transport, all of which have been developed by R&D teams working for the Roullier group, specialists in providing professional hygiene solutions to the agricultural and agri-food industries.

Acquisition of the TRANSNET brand will enable ORAPI to access a new client base in the transport sector as well as providing it with a new, highly specialised, sales force, comprising 27 technical sales representatives operating in various European and Latin-American countries.

This acquisition will consolidate ORAPI's position in the technical cleaning market by adding additional product lines and strengthening the company's presence in new parts of the world such as Argentina.

TRANSNET is a profitable business which will already be making a contribution to the ORAPI group's operating results as from 2011.
