Dornbirn (pta037/09.10.2013/18:00) - Zumtobel AG (VSE: ZAG) has been informed concerning a change in the number of Zumtobel shares owned by FMR LLC. As of October 8, 2013, FMR LLC reported a holding of 1,743,707 shares in Zumtobel AG or 4.01% of the issued shares (43,500.000), thereby crossing the 4% voting rights threshold on said date.
