Brain Force Holding AG: BRAIN FORCE changes the Management Board

Vienna (pta030/12.12.2013/14:34) - In its meeting held on December 12, 2013, the Supervisory Board of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG has approved the mutual termination of the management contract with Mr. Hannes Griesser, as at December 31, 2013. Hannes Griesser was employed since September 2000 and has served as the Chief Financial Officer of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG for the last two years. During this time he has played a significant role in the successful development of the BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG. The management contract with Hannes Griesser - valid until December 31, 2014 - will be prematurely terminated. The Supervisory Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Hannes Griesser for the valuable work he has performed in recent years, and wishes him all the best for his future endeavors.

The Supervisory Board of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG passed the resolution today to appoint Mrs. Michaela Friepeß as Chief Financial Officer as of today until December 31, 2016. In addition it was resolved to extend the contract of the Chief Executive Officer Michael Hofer until December 31, 2016.
