Nantes, Lyon (France) – 15 September 2011: VIVALIS (NYSE Euronext Paris : VLS), a biopharmaceutical company, announces today its participation in the 11th edition of the MidCap Event, taking place next 22 and 23 of September 2011, in Paris, at Palais Brongniart.
VIVALIS participation in this Forum, which brings together the main investors specialized in mid capitalization values traded in the Paris stock exchange, corresponds to the company willingness to reinforce the relationship with investors and to increase its visibility vis-à-vis the financial community. The Midcap Event will, thus, be an opportunity for asset managers to meet VIVALIS managing team which will be pleased to provide them with an insight on the company projects. This unique screening platform is designed to identify original molecules that alter the three-dimensional structure of a target protein, thus modulating its biological function through an innovative mode of action. VIVALIS is building a portfolio of proprietary new chemical entities for the treatment of hepatitis-C virus infection. VIVALIS also proposes, on a fee for service basis, to develop ready to use customized 3D-Screen HTS assays directed against client's target protein of interest.
