DIRECTORATE ROLE CHANGE:

Appointment of Senior Independent Director

The Company is pleased to announce that independent non-executive director Dietmar Exler has been appointed to the role of Senior Independent Director (SID) with effect from 25 February 2021.  Mr Exler will continue to serve on the Company's Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee alongside performing his duties as SID.

In addition to Mr Exler's change of role, the Board remains fully committed to ensuring that the Company observes and maintains at all times the highest standards of corporate governance, and has now recommenced the process to find, assess and recruit a candidate with the requisite capabilities, attributes, skills and experience to fulfill the role of non-executive chairman, a process which had been temporarily suspended during the continuation of the COVID-19 pandemic.
