Alstom reported results for its first half of FY2011/12 on 3 November 2011.
On the basis of this information and given the difference between the end of first half of the financial years of Alstom (30 September) and Bouygues (30 June), Alstom's contribution to Bouygues' net profit in third-quarter 2011 stood at €40 million versus €23 million in third-quarter 2010.
On the basis of currently available information, Alstom's contribution to Bouygues' net profit in fourthquarter 2011 is estimated at €56 million versus -€4 million in fourth-quarter 2010. In accordance with the calculation method used by Bouygues, this contribution is assessed from Alstom's last reported half-year figures available at the date the Bouygues group will close its full-year
Nine-month 2011 sales and earnings of the Bouygues group will be reported on 15 November 2011 at 5.45pm (CET).
