These shares are held in portfolios managed by Schroders plc and its fellow subsidiaries and affiliates on a discretionary basis for clients under investment management agreements. Schroders Plc is the parent company of Schroder Administration Limited which is the ultimate holding company for all of Schroders legal entities. This holding is held across two legal entities: Schroder Investment Management Limited holding 1.742% (226,444 shares) and Schroder Investment Management North America Limited holding 2.292% (298,000 shares). The number of total outstanding shares and total voting rights of Kapsch TrafficCom AG is 13,000,000.
