INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE

SIX MONTHS TO THE END OF 31ST DECEMBER 2020

The Directors have declared that an interim dividend of 0.52 pence per share will be paid on 16th April 2021 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 12th March 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 11th March 2021. A dividend reinvestment plan is available for shareholders.

Given the sub-division of the Company's shares on a ten for one basis effective on 6th November 2020, the above interim dividend is equivalent to the 5.2 pence per share interim dividend paid for the six months to the end of 31st December 2019.
