Yesterday evening Vilmorin was awarded the Grand Prize for Shareholder Relations for 2011, in the Mid-Cap category. This Price, organized by Les Echos / Investir-Le Journal des Finances in association with Mazars, is an award to listed companies for the quality of their financial communication practices (financial documents, general meetings, website, financial disclosures, investor relations, etc.).
