ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW ESC BOARD COMMITTEE AND CHANGE OF REMUNERATION COMMITTEE CHAIR

As part of its commitment to Capco's sustainability strategy, the Board of Capital & Counties Properties PLC is pleased to announce that it has established a Board Environmental, Social and Community ("ESC") Committee to oversee the Company's ESC activities on behalf of the Board.  The Committee is Chaired by Charlotte Boyle (independent Non-Executive Director) and includes Henry Staunton (Chairman), Ian Hawksworth (Chief Executive), Jonathan Lane (independent Non-Executive Director)  and Anthony Steains (Senior Independent Director).

Following the establishment of the Board ESC Committee, Jonathan Lane will become Chairman of the Remuneration Committee following the 2021 AGM, and Charlotte Boyle will step down from that role on the same date, remaining a member of the Remuneration Committee.
