Forterra plc ("Forterra" or "the Company"), a leading UK producer of manufactured masonry products, announces that Divya Seshamani has advised the Board that, after nearly 9 years on Forterra's Board, she intends to step down as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Sustainability Committee with effect from the 30 September 2024.  Divya will be succeeded as Chair of the Sustainability Committee by Gina Jardine.

A process to appoint a further Independent Non-Executive Director has commenced.

Commenting, Justin Atkinson, Chairman, said:
