ANNOUNCEMENT: THE MALL OF CYPRUS (MC) Plc (the "Company")

We are pleased to announce that the board of directors of the Company has resolved to appoint Mr Kypros Hadjistyllis as director of the Company with effect from 10 September 2024. Mr Hadjistyllis who also already acts and will continue to act as the General Manager of the Company (in addition to his appointment as board member) has extensive experience in the retail sector which will add significant value to the board.
