Transactions in own shares

Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of its US$100 million share buyback programme announced on 18 September 2020.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company will hold 87,310,958 of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,454,483,812 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). (Note: This figure takes into account the transfer from treasury of 55,904 ordinary shares on 9 February 2021 in order to satisfy the exercise of options under the Company's Sharesave Scheme).

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 24,487,897 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 119.7974 pence per share.

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
