Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc is pleased to announce that, at the general meeting of the Company held at 10.00 am this morning, the ordinary resolution to change the Company's investment policy, as outlined in the circular dated 11 January 2021 (the "Circular"), was passed.
