Results of Annual General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held today, 4 February 2021, were approved on a Poll. The final dividend of 3.50 pence per share in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2020 will be paid to Shareholders on 11 February 2021.
