Unicorn AIM VCT PLC announces that the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary 1p share of the Company as at 31 January 2021 was:

Per Ordinary 1p share                    215.3 pence

The net asset value is calculated after the deduction of the 3.5p per share dividend. The shares were quoted ex-dividend on 7 January 2021 and the dividend will be paid on 11 February 2021 subject to receiving shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 4 February 2021.
