Admission of New Shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange
MetalNRG (LON:MNRG), the natural resource investing and exploration company, announces that, further to its announcement on 21st January 2021 of the issue of 13,333,332 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the capital of the Company (the "New Shares"), admission of the New Shares is now expected to occur on or around 1st February 2021.
