Nationwide Building Society confirms that it does not fall within Regulations 16(1) or 16(3) of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019/855. Nationwide Building Society confirms that it will inform the FCA as soon as practicable if the circumstances of Nationwide Building Society change and the confirmation above is no longer valid.
Nationwide Building Society hereby confirms that the application does not fall within regulations 16(2) and 16(4) of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019/855.
