New change of scope Acquisition of the company ARGOS Hygiene

ORAPI has signed a draft agreement for the acquisition of the company ARGOS Hygiene*, one of the French leaders in the distribution of professional hygiene products.

This group, independent for 30 years, has a range of 1 500 products and items of equipment, which are marketed through its 8 agencies and 6 logistic platforms all over France.

ARGOS Hygiene will therefore significantly bolster up ORAPI's commercial portfolio with over 60,000 new professional clients and turnover of €85m in 2011.

This major acquisition offers ORAPI a real change of scope with a turnover that will exceed 200 million euros on a full-year basis. This newly created group will have a leverage that will allow ORAPI to become the French integrated leader in professional hygiene.
