Dividend Declaration 

The Company announces that the Directors have today declared an Interim Dividend for the year ended 30 September, 2021 in an amount of 1.65p per Ordinary Share. 

The Interim Dividend will be payable on Friday, 26 February, 2021 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on Friday, 29 January, 2021 (ex-dividend Thursday, 28 January, 2021).
