Wienerberger AG: Announcement pursuant to § 93 (1) Austrian Stock Corporation Act

Vienna (pta006/30.09.2014/09:00) - Total number of voting rights increased to 116,973,611 as of the end of September 2014

- The share capital remains unchanged

Wienerberger AG announces pursuant to § 93 (1) Austrian Stock Corporation Act, that the total number of voting rights as of the end of September 2014 increased from 115,062,626 by 1,910,985 to 116,973,611 total voting rights. The share capital at the end of September 2014 remains unchanged at Euro 117,526,764.-.

The change in voting rights is resulting from the sale of treasury shares as partial consideration for the acquisition of a 50% interest in Tondach Gleinstätten AG.
