Netgem : General Shareholders' Meeting on June 6 th , 2012

Neuilly-sur-Seine, June 6 th, 2012 - The General Shareholders' Meeting of Netgem, a leader in connected home technologies and solutions, was held today in Neuilly-sur-Seine, chaired by Joseph Haddad, Chairman of the Board, and in the presence of Christophe Aulnette, Chief Executive Officer, as well as other members of Netgem's management.

All resolutions submitted to the Shareholders' Meeting were approved in accordance with the Board of Directors's guidance.
