Director Change

Following the announcement on 21 May 2020 that William Jackson had been reappointed for  up to a further 12 months, the Board of The British Land Company PLC ("British Land") can confirm that William will step down as a Non-Executive Director at the end of the Company's financial year on 31 March 2021. 

Tim Score, Chairman said "We wish William well for the future and thank him for his diligence, insight and support in a number of roles including Chair of the Remuneration Committee and Senior Independent Director."

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2), British Land announces that William has today joined the Board of the Berkeley Group Holdings plc.
