Share Incentive Plan

On 4 January 2021, under the rules of the Helical plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), Helical Bar Trustees Limited, awarded 3,227 ordinary shares to directors, PDMRs and employees at the closing mid-market price on 31 December 2020 of 373.500p. The shares were awarded under the Dividend Share element of the Plan.
