EVRAZ plc ("EVRAZ" or the "Company") - Completion of consolidation of coal businesses under PJSC Raspadskaya ("Raspadskaya") (the "Transaction")

Further to EVRAZ's announcement on 13 November 2020 and Raspadskaya's EGM held on 18 December 2020, the Company is pleased to announce that the transfer of all shares in AO UCC Yuzhkuzbassugol to Raspadskaya was completed on 30 December 2020.
