Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
Further to the announcement earlier today about the sale of ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) by Andy Bell, the chief executive officer, and Fergus Lyons, the AJ Bell Investcentre managing director, who are each a person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company (PDMR), the Company announces that it has been notified of the below transactions (Transactions).
(1) The PDMRs who are named in column (1) of the below table sold the number of Ordinary Shares set alongside their respective names in column (2) of the below table on 30 December 2020 at a price of 460 pence per Ordinary Share.
