EuropaCorp announces the release of its Reference Document 2011/2012

Paris, 23 July 2012 – The EuropaCorp (FR0010490920) Reference Document for 2011/2012 was filed with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on 20 July 2012 under number D.12-0746.

The French-language document has been made available to the public free of charge in accordance with applicable regulations and may be viewed at and downloaded from the Group's website at the following address: www.europacorp-corporate.com under the Publications – Periodical Financial Reports section.

Copies of the document are also available at the company headquarters (137 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris).

The Reference Document includes in particular:
