Final Dividend

for the year ending 30 September 2020

The directors of Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 9.5p (net) per share for the year ended 30 September 2020. Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 8 February 2021, the dividend will be paid on 15 February 2021.

The details of the dividend payment are as follows:
