In conformity with Regulation 27 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, as amended, the Company announces that, as at 17 December 2020, the Company has in issue 1,078,822,872 Ordinary Shares, of nominal value of €1.00 each, with voting rights (the "Ordinary Shares").

The Ordinary Shares in issue figure of 1,078,822,872 should be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company, under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, as amended, and the Central Bank (Investment Market Conduct) Rules.
