We, Jean-Francois Ott and Nicolas Tommasini, declare that, to the best of our knowledge, the condensed consolidated interim financial information of the Company as at 30 June 2012. prepared in accordance with International Accounting Standards 34 ("Interim Financial Reporting") as adopted by the European Union, give true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit of the Company and its subsidiaries included in the consolidation taken as a whole and that the management report includes a fair view of the development and performance of the business and the position of the Company and its subsidiaries included in the consolidation taken as a whole, together with a description of the principal risks and uncertainties they face.
