The Company announces that on 9 December 2020 it purchased 5,000 Ordinary shares of $0.01 each at a price of $6.00 per share.  

The Ordinary Shares bought back will be placed in treasury and as a result the number of Ordinary Shares in issue, Ordinary Shares held in treasury and the total voting rights attached to the issued capital are now as follows:
