Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.

On the vesting of The Sage Group Restricted Share Plan and The Sage Group Plc 2019 Restricted Share Plan awards (the "Awards") on 4 December 2020, the following persons named below, who are Members of the Executive Committee of Sage ("PDMRs"), became beneficially entitled to the number of ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage set out below, all of which have been transferred from shares held in Treasury. On 4 December 2020 Sage was notified that each individual, except Keith Robinson, disposed of the number of ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage set out below in respect of which they had become beneficially entitled, at the price per ordinary share set out below, to cover tax obligations arising from the vesting. Keith Robinson sold all ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage arising from this vesting at the price per ordinary share set out below.
