The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 30 November 2020 was 77.20p per share. 

A final dividend of 3.5p per share in relation to the year ended 30 September 2020 has been declared and is payable on 05 March 2021 to members on the register as at 05 February 2021.

The final dividend of 3.5p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 30 November 2020 as the ex-dividend date is 04 February 2021.
