Orco Property Group Major Shareholding notification
Orco Property Group S.A. ("OPG") has been notified on 25 October 2012 by UBS AG that its shareholding in OPG has decreased below the 5% threshold on 23 October 2012.
UBS AG holds 5,320,998 OPG shares representing 4.93 percent of OPG's issued share capital and voting rights. UBS AG previously held 6,839,266 OPG shares.
