The share capital of CROSS Industries AG amounts to EUR 225,386,742 and is divided into 225,386,742 shares. As of 10 June 2015, Pierer Industrie AG was holding 191,837,154 shares of CROSS Industries AG; this equaled to approximately 85.11% of the voting rights of CROSS Industries AG. Since 10 June 2015 Pierer Industrie AG has sold shares of CROSS Industries AG in several steps.
