Orco Property Group Major shareholding notification

Further to the shareholding notifications received on 19 October 2012, Orco Property Group S.A. ("OPG") was notified on 2 November 2012 that Mr. Radovan Vitek is the sole ultimate beneficial owner of Crestline Venture Corp and Gamala Limited, which together hold 22,320,489 OPG shares, representing 20.69 percent of OPG's issued share capital and voting rights.
