Change of Company Secretary

Cairn announces that, following 22 years in the position of Group Company Secretary, Duncan Wood is retiring from the Company. With effect from 1 December 2020, Anne McSherry, who has been with Cairn since 2009, has been appointed as Group Company Secretary.

Simon Thomson, Chief Executive of Cairn, said:
