Proposal for the designation of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer to the President of the French Republic

On November 12, 2012 the Board of Directors of Aéroports de Paris co-opted Mr. Augustin de Romanet as director and decided to propose its designation as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer to the President of the French Republic according to article 14 of the Company articles of association.
