Zumtobel Group AG: Bank of America Corporation holds more than 5% of voting rights in Zumtobel Group AG

Dornbirn (pta005/24.07.2015/08:25) - Dornbirn, July 24, 2015 - Zumtobel Group AG (VSE: ZAG) has been informed by Bank of America Corporation, in accordance with Articles 91 and 91a of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, that a total of 5.39% of the voting rights, representing 2,345,955 of the issued shares (43,500,000) of Zumtobel Group AG, were attributable to Bank of America Corporation and its controlled holdings as of July 20, 2015. The 4% and 5% was exceeded. This shareholding breaks down as follows:

• 4.17% of the voting rights are allotted to 1,816,000 shares of Zumtobel Group AG and are held by Merrill Lynch Equity S.a.r.l. (4.00%) and Merril Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc. (0,17%).

• 1.22% of the voting rights are allotted to Right to Recall (529,955 shares of Zumtobel Group AG, without exercise period and expiry date) and are held by Merril Lynch Equity S.a.r.l (0.04%) and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated (1.17%).
