Claim for payment of liabilities: appeal to the Cour de Cassation by the liquidators of Metaleurop Nord

Suresnes, November 28, 2012: the Recylex Group (NYSE Euronext Paris: FR0000120388 - RX) takes note of the appeal lodged by Metaleurop Nord SAS' liquidators to the Cour de Cassation against the ruling made by the Douai Court of Appeal on September 19, 2012. Within the scope of the claim for payment of liabilities initiated by the liquidators of Metaleurop Nord, the Douai Court of Appeal had confirmed the ruling issued on February 27, 2007 at first instance by the Béthune Regional Court, rejecting the claim for payment of liabilities submitted by the liquidators of Metaleurop Nord SAS for it to order Recylex SA to repay the liabilities of its subsidiary Metaleurop Nord SAS up to €50 million, holding that Recylex SA was not the de facto manager of Metaleurop Nord SAS.

Recylex SA remains focused on the three last annual installments of its continuation plan which amounts to approximately € 20.2 million overall. The plan's seventh annual installment of approximately € 5.4 million has been paid on November 23, 2012.
