Long-Term Incentive Plans - Performance Measures

26 November 2020 - Experian plc (the "Company"), the global information services company, hereby notifies the market of the performance measures that will apply to Long-Term Incentive Plan awards made to directors of the Company on 11 June 2020.

Vesting of the awards will be subject to meeting the following targets, which will be measured over three years (1 April 2020 to 31 March 2023), with a further two-year holding period applicable.
