Director role change

Pursuant to LR 9.6.11(3)R Hilton Food Group plc (the "Company") announces that Robert Watson will make the planned move from Executive Chairman to Non-Executive Chairman on 1 January 2021. This change follows the completion of the Australian joint venture transition period in which Robert played a key role and is as envisaged in the announcement on 23 May 2018 on his appointment as Chairman.

Commenting on the change, Executive Chairman Robert Watson OBE, said:

"I am delighted to move into a non-executive capacity at Hilton, as planned, following the successful completion of the Australian joint venture transition."

Role information

Robert will receive fees of £265,000 per annum with a time commitment of at least 2 days per week. Benefits and pension contributions will cease. Participation in bonus and incentive schemes will also cease and vesting of existing awards will be adjusted pro rata.
