Disclosure of rights attached to listed securities

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.2.6E (disclosure of rights attached to equity shares), Close Brothers Group plc ("Close Brothers") has today uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") a copy of its updated Articles of Association, adopted by shareholders today at the Company's Annual General Meeting.  The Articles of Association set out the principal rights and restrictions attached to its ordinary shares.
