Compagnie Plastic Omnium, which was founded in Lyon, is the historic owner of land in the Gerland neighbourhood of the city.
The Group has decided to develop this asset by building a 33,000-square meter office complex for rental and has already signed a 12-year lease with Sanofi for two-thirds of the building, on January 29, 2013.
Construction work will begin shortly and the building is scheduled for delivery in the first quarter of 2015.
